We provide professional project management, coordination and quality control. We competitively bid, award and hold all subcontractor contracts from a pool of pre-qualified, quality subcontractors. We provide individual project scheduling and we prepare and deliver required warranties, closeout operation and maintenance manuals.
As a general contractor with full service goals, we offer you the following: concept to plan design, construction cost budgeting, resource and logistics planning, scope management, project scheduling, administration and supervision.
Turn Key Construction - Our resources allow you the ability to internalize the actual construction of the project. From clearing the land to paving the streets and building the buildings, we can do it all.
Wilkinson Construction performs demolition, excavation, framing, flooring and tile work in-house thus saving on construction overhead fees. We work with an impressive list of industry professionals and specialty contractors to determine both cost effectiveness and code compliance throughout the construction process.
We are well versed in all aspects of construction such as window designs, cabinetry layout and we have hands-on experience from setting the grade, excavation, foundation, flatwork, framing, tile/stone setting, wood flooring, painting and staining, finish carpentry, siding and roofing.
